When I work with clients, clearly the programme of “treatments” depends on what the issues are. I always like the first session to be what I call spirit release work.
The principle of this is that we comprise a physical body and a non-physical element that I will here call the spirit. When the end of life of the physical body draws near, the spirit understands, and starts to prepare. It will ease the ties to the physical realm and start to re-establish ties to the non-physical realm: this is why, when people go to see elderly relatives in care homes or hospices, they sometimes say, “bless him, he’s not all here.” No, because part of him is already “there”. The spirit will “pack its suitcase” and “set the SatNav” to “go home”, so that when that final outbreath comes, the spirt is ready: it clicks the suitcase shut, hits the SatNav and off it goes, nice and smooth.
We are energy beings, and I imagine the spirit in this situation as being a ball of energy that is popped out of the body in a state of shock and confusion – it doesn’t know where it is or where it is meant to be going. It looks around for an energy body / field to head for. It can be, for instance, that someone is driving up a motorway and there has been a nasty crash on the other carriageway. A loving thought sent to those involved could be an energetic wave / bridge for the energy ball of a person killed in the crash to follow back to its source. It is that simple. Most of the time, these spirit “passengers” curl up and go to sleep, like the proverbial dormouse in the teapot. But sometimes they can make their influence felt. This is when I have clients say things like, “I don’t feel quite myself” or “Something’s come over me” or “I want my old self back” or “Why is it that I have been so angry / sad / impatient over the last few months, that’s not like me at all.” They are all indicators to me that the client may well have attracted a spirit “passenger”.
Everyone but everyone has at least 2 or 3 of these spirit passengers. Some people have a full football team, in which case I send in the team bus to take them all home at once!
The analogy I use for this work is that of clearing the attic, something that has to be done eventually. Once the ladder is in place and the hatch is open, there are always a few odd boxes that have been chucked up there, and which are obstructing the view of the more serious stuff that has been stored there for a while and forgotten about. Getting those odd boxes out of the way allows us to see what is really up there and needs to be dealt with.
If that resonates with you, feel free to get in touch. I work from Vinings Natural Health Centre in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, but I can also do this spirit release work remotely over Zoom. Use the contact form on the website on email me on:
