Sojourn of the Soul workshop at College of Psychic Studies: what a great day

college of psychic studiesIt was my pleasure to lead another workshop at The College of Psychic Studies last weekend.  The title was “The Sojourn of the Sou – the Importance of that Life between Lives” and we explored the wider picture of death, as a starting point for this journey, before talking about that Life between Lives and ending the day with a group regression so that everyone had the opportunity to experience that non-physical realm. Once there, they were reminded about their “script” for this lifetime – their goals, the obstacles they put in the way, the gifts they were given to help them, and those all-important words of advice and wisdom. We also did some work to cut away and let go of lots of baggage from previous lifetimes, “stuff” that is no longer needed. Everyone said they felt much lighter after that!

It was a very full day, and everyone seemed to enjoy it – I know I did!

Workshops like this are a great way to understand more about the process, and to re-connect with your soul at that deeper level. If you would like to come along to such a workshop, or if you have a group of friends and would like me to come to you, just get in touch – call me on 01444 459 433 or 07597 020 512. I’m based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, but I’m always happy to travel to spread the word and share those experiences!

I’m back at the College of Psychic Studies in September

I led a full-day workshop on that all-important period of Life between Lives at the prestigious College of Psychic Studies in London earlier this year, and it was a sell-out. Seems it was very popular, as I have been asked to repeat the workshop in September!
Called “Sojourn of the Soul”, we shall look at all aspects of the journey of the soul from death to rebirth, and the day will end with a group regression, so that everyone has the opportunity to experience that very special process.

I set a limit of 14 people for this type of workshop so that it stays small and intimate, so if you are interested in coming along, please do book early, direct with the College of Psychic Studies. Here is the link to my entry in the Autumn Programme, and to the Autumn Programme as a whole.

Sojourn of the Soul workshop, College of Psychic Studies, Sunday 6th March

I shall be leading a workshop in the beautiful surroundings of the College of Psychic Studies in London on Sunday 6th March on “The Sojourn of the Soul – the importance of that time in between lives”.

In human terms, birth is the beginning and death is the end. For the soul there is no end, merely a passing from one state of being to another as it sheds the heavy overcoat of a physical body and returns to its true light state of pure energy.

During this workshop we will explore the soul’s sojourn, from when it passes from one human body until it joins another in its next reincarnation. You will have the opportunity of experiencing this “In-Between Life” for yourself in the group regression at the end of the workshop, reminding you of your life’s purpose in this incarnation.

Apart from experiencing that pure, unconditional love – which is beautifully emotional – you will come away with a much clearer understanding of who you are and why you are here.

The link below should take you to full details of the event: numbers are limited, so if you are interested, please don’t wait too long to book!

College of Psychic Studies magazine feature about my work

The Spring 2015 edition of “Light”, the magazine of the College of Psychic Studies, included an article written by me about the way in which I mix elements of hypnotherapy, past lives and spirit release therapy when I am working with clients.

The magazine surfaced recently from under a pile of papers, and I thought I would share the article with you – click on the link below.

Full House for Past Lives Talk at Chequer Mead

Well, OK, it was only a small room, but even so, I was delighted to see some brand new faces mingling with regular Indigos for my talk at Chequer Mead last week.

It was just two hours, so there was only time to skim across the surface of this vast, fascinating topic that is a passion of mine.

The good news is that I shall be arranging a full-day workshop, similar to the one I ran at the College of Psychic Studies last October, so that we can go into more detail about Past Lives, Life between Lives and Soul Groups. There will lots of case studies, including some recorded extracts, time for questions and discussions – and time too for a group regression, so everyone has the opportunity to experience a past life for themselves.

If you would like to put your name down for this workshop, please let me know. I am aiming at either June or September, depending on venue availability – so let me know which works best for you.

How could exploring a past life help you?

For many people, the idea that an issue that is troubling them in this lifetime may be traced back to a past life is a load of old …. rubbish.

But actually, past life traumas can have enormous influence on the here and now, as my recent work at the College of Psychic Studies clearly showed.

For instance, a lady with a fear of heights found a life where he was a young boy of 3 or 4 years old. His mother had specifically told him not to climb the big oak tree in the garden – but of course he did, and as he climbed along a high-up branch, he fell and broke his leg. No wonder there’s a fear of heights!

A lady was very reluctant to get behind the wheel even though she had passed her driving test and needed to drive. She found a past life as a bus driver who died as a result of a crash in his bus.

Another lady who in this life had a very complicated relationship with her father, and who was fearful of becoming pregnant found a past life where she was an 18-year old girl. The girl became pregnant, even though she was not married, and she ran away because she was so frightened that her father would find out. In her panic and running away, she fell into a rocky ravine and died.

The more work I do with Past Lives for Healing, the more I love it. Once we have found the relevant past life (and the unconscious always leads us to the most appropriate past life), we can achieve closure and that allows the client to move on, free from the fears, phobias or other issues.

Past Lives Workshop at the College of Psychic Studies – it was great!

college of psychic studiesOn Sunday 19th October I led a workshop on Past Lives, In-between Lives and Soul Groups at the College of Psychic Studies in London, and what a lovely bunch of ladies turned up to share the day! One had flown in from Zurich especially for the occasion and another from Copenhagen – I was flattered!

The time flew! We started by talking about the concept of reincarnation and its acceptance or otherwise across cultures and through history. Onto some interesting case studies, and how past lives for healing can be very powerful. Then onto the so-called Bardo states, the life between lives, where the soul has some “R&R”, re-connects with its soul group and goes through a loving debrief before, at some stage, deciding on the parameters for its next “posting” or incarnation. And we talked about soul groups, groups of souls who travel through lifetimes together – although it’s not all life and light!

After a quick lunch we re-assembled and everyone settled down for a groupsunset with silhouette man regression. There was just one who fell fast asleep and snored throughout – there’s always one! Everyone else went on extraordinary individual journeys and brought back amazing tales of past lives that gave them valuable insights into situations and challenges they are facing in this lifetime.

All in all, a very full day and one that everyone seemed to enjoy (even the snorer in the corner!).

Note to self – must do another one of those soon!

What’s Weighing you Down talk at the College of Psychic Studies – it went well!

what's weighing you down, College notice boardOn Tuesday 7th October, I gave a talk at the College of Psychic Studies on the theme of “What’s Weighing You Down?” It was the first time I have worked at the College, a prestigious institution that has a history stretching back for well over a century. The beautiful property in South Kensington was acquired in 1925 and ever since then it has been used for research into and practice of all things spiritual.

There were 20 people in the audience and we had a lovely evening talking about all sorts of things like the way in which past-life traumas affect this-life issues; how releasing spirit “passengers” with a sweet tooth  could get rid of a craving for such foods.

I worked with individual clients on that day and on the day after, and that was really interesting too.

On Sunday 19th October I am leading an all-day workshop on Past Lives, in-between Life and Soul Groups. I asked that numbers be limited to 12 – and it’s already sold out! I am really looking forward to it – it will be a fascinating day!

And how lovely it was to see my photo up there with all the other practitioners and workshop leaders too!

What’s Weighing You Down – College of Psychic Studies talk tomorrow

Screen shot 2014-10-06 at 4.20.02 PM

I’m really looking forward to giving a talk tomorrow about my “weird but it works” way of looking at why people hold on to excess weight. It will look at the various emotional reasons why we hang on to that weight – protection, comfort and so on – and I will talk about the role of past life traumas and even the possibility of a sweet-toothed or downright greedy spirit “passenger” too!
