Whatever brings you to seek my help, I will do my best to help you.
Different problems require different approaches, but invariably the starting point will be finding the true source of whatever is troubling you, be it weight that won’t shift or a fear of public speaking; a feeling of being “lost” or an apparently-irrational fear of, say, water, fire – or even cats!
Every case is individual, and I work empathically and intuitively to find the most effective solution for your particular challenge.
Any course of action is fully discussed and agreed before we start: the process of hypnotherapy, as with any form of healing, is much more effective if the client is receptive and understands what is involved.
How many sessions are required varies on the type of issue to be resolved. Generally speaking you could give up smoking in a couple of sessions, and fears and phobias can similarly be dealt with in a one or two sessions, although a follow-up is always advisable. More serious problems may need a number of sessions, and this will be discussed and agreed with each client individually.
It is always my aim to achieve a positive outcome for my clients, to improve their quality of life at mental, emotional and physical levels, so they can move forward. But – and it is a big BUT – positive results can only be achieved if you are ready to explore the root causes of your problem and / or to change those negative beliefs and behaviours.
